1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and lgw33 ("lgw33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at lgw33.win ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lgw33 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the lgw33 Platform immediately. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the lgw33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lgw33 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This requirement is enforced through mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable international gaming authority guidelines.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity for personal gambling purposes.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gaming activities of the type offered by lgw33 are prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of lgw33 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any voluntary or mandatory exclusion arrangement with any gaming platform, including lgw33 itself.

lgw33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the Member relationship and to suspend account access pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) lgw33 account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the lgw33 registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change.
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential. You must not share your lgw33 account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify lgw33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

lgw33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your lgw33 account is your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security concern to us in accordance with the notification obligation above.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions

The lgw33 Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in MYR. No currency conversion is applied by lgw33.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online transfer, and such other methods as lgw33 may make available from time to time. lgw33 reserves the right to modify available payment channels without prior notice.

• Deposits are generally credited to your lgw33 wallet in real time. lgw33 does not accept third-party payments; funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where technical issues affect the relevant payment channel.
• lgw33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud. lgw33 will comply with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any fees charged by a Member's payment provider are the Member's responsibility. lgw33 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

lgw33 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your lgw33 account at the Platform's absolute discretion. lgw33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or decline any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, misuse, or fraudulent claim patterns.
• Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game contribution weightings are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Members who create multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses on multiple occasions will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.
• lgw33 may alter or discontinue any promotional programme without notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not apply retroactively to already-credited bonus funds that are in the process of meeting wagering requirements.

6 Gameplay Rules & Platform Use

All games available on the lgw33 Platform are governed by the rules specific to each game as published within the Platform interface. lgw33 uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems for all virtual games and operates live dealer services streamed from professional studios. All game outcomes are determined independently of lgw33's commercial interests.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction occurring during a game round, lgw33 will apply its technical incident policy to determine the fairest resolution for the affected Member. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a system error, the wager may be refunded at lgw33's discretion. lgw33's decision in technical disputes is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure.

Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, system exploitation, or in violation of these Terms is void and will be reversed without compensation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lgw33 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical bug, software vulnerability, or loophole in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any gains obtained through exploitation are void.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or use of stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lgw33 staff or other Members through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with lgw33.

lgw33 actively monitors Platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct and cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

lgw33 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and recognises that gambling can carry risk for some individuals. All lgw33 Members must be aged 21 or above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no cost, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly MYR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure alerts that notify you when a session has reached a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Platform access for a period of your choosing. Access is restored automatically at expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the lgw33 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period and cannot be lifted early.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the lgw33 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of lgw33 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of lgw33.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lgw33 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the lgw33 Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss.

lgw33's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to lgw33 in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by lgw33's negligence, to the extent that applicable law does not permit such exclusion.

11 Amendments to Terms

lgw33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, lgw33 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Members via their registered email address. Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not alter Member rights) may take effect immediately upon publication to lgw33.win/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the lgw33 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 4.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority framework under which lgw33 operates. In the event of any dispute between a Member and lgw33 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through lgw33's internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a formal complaint, Members must submit a written complaint to lgw33 support, setting out the nature of the complaint, the relevant dates, and the resolution sought. lgw33 will acknowledge formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
